NERMIN CIVICILER (NAIPOGLU): Founder
Nermin Civiciler (Naipoglu), graduated from Istanbul University Law Faculty in 1970, has been working as a lawyer since thirty-six years in Real Estate Law, Cadastre Law, Forest Law and Bankruptcy Law.
For over 35 years, she has been litigating the law suits based on the rights of civil nuisance, damages for unlawful occupation, preemption, access, construction and water privileges and also law suits of rent, expropriation, separation of partnership, annulment and registration of title depending on any kind of legal cause; in addition to drafting contracts and litigating the law suits based on these contracts related with land deal, donation, preemption and resumption, contract to sell of real estate, service of building inspection, financial leasing, easement, lien, ownership and easement of multi-unit building, management plan, construction, construction by receiving flat for landownership, supervising joint venture of construction, and also the disputes based on law of execution.
Moreover, she has been rendering legal consultancy services regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts and Mortgage since 2000. In addition, she had been providing legal consultancy services regarding real estate investment companies (REIC) and mortgage since 2000.
She also has the real estate valuation expert certificate and gives lectures on the vocational legislation to the officers, engineers and other related staff of Uskudar Municipality.
SINAN NAIPOGLU, LL.M. : Managing Partner
Sinan Naipoglu, graduated from Istanbul University, Law Faculty in 1998, completed his master (LL.M.) at University of Westminster-London, Law Faculty on LL.M.-International Commercial Law in 2002.
He is a doctorate candidate with his doctorate thesis on “Comparison of EU and Turkish Laws on Competition Law and Corporate Governance in Establishing a Functioning Market Economy in Turkey” at the University of Westminster-London, Law Faculty.
He is lecturer for “Basic Concepts of Law” and “Business Law” at Istanbul University, Business Administration Department and “Legal Terminology” at Yeditepe University, Law Faculty. He is the chair for “European Union Law and European Human Rights Law” at Istanbul Bar Association Trainee Lawyer Center (SEM) since 2003.

ISIL OKUTGEN DOGANAY, LL.M.
Isil Okutgen Doganay, graduated from Ankara Cankaya University Law Faculty in 2004, and completed her master degree (LL.M.) at Bilgi University in Private Law.

DENIZ ULAS GOCEN, M.A.
Deniz Ulas Gocen, graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 2006 and from Istanbul University Law Faculty in 2008, took his master degree in 2010 with his thesis “Competition Review of Privatizations in Turkey in the light of European Union Competition Policy” from Istanbul University, Department of European Union. During his education, he attended Erasmus program in Amsterdam School of Business for one semester in 2005 and VIS international arbitration moot court in Vienna early in 2008. He is also entitled to act as a trademark representative before Turkish Patent Institute and is a certified translator for English.

During her education, she attended an exchange program in University of Virginia College at Wise for two terms in 2005-2006, an education program of Competition Strategy and Game Theory in London School of Economics in 2007 summer and a workshop of Trade Law and Economics in World Trade Institute in 2010 summer.
